The imprint contains the most important information about your business. According to § 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), a provider of commercial Telemedia must provide certain mandatory information. The information to be provided includes:
- The name and address of the provider, in the case of legal entities additionally the first and last name of the authorized representative.
- Contact information that enables fast and direct communication with the provider (e.g. telephone)
- The commercial register,
- Association register,
- Partnership register or cooperative register in which the provider is registered
- Corresponding register number (if available)
- The sales tax identification number (if available)
- The business identification number according (if available)

- With the page 1 ad, your article always appears on the first page of the search results, if the article matches the user's search criteria (under the label 'top ads'). If more than nine ads match the search of the potential buyer, a random selection of page 1 ads is made.

- With the eye-catcher, your ads will be displayed more prominently - with coloured highlighting. The eye-catcher is also visible in the hit lists.

- With the dealer display, the article always appears at the top of the search results, if the article matches the search criteria of the potential buyer (under the label 'top ads'). If more than one ad has been booked to look for the potential buyer, a random selection of the dealer displays will be made. In addition to the selected article, other items of the retailer are also displayed.

There are a few reasons your ad may not be shown in your active ads:
- The runtime may be over and the ad has been moved to 'expired/deactivated" ads
- You may have deleted or deactivated the ad
- We may deleted the ad because of violation. However, we will send you an email with the reason why the ad was deleted.
SecondSol is an online marketplace, where trades take place directly between buyer and seller. To protect the buyer, we have set up a rating system. Just review the ratings and comments of a seller before buying, so you can get a feeling for the trustworthiness of the seller or if there were problems in the past. Please also rate your trading partners after each purchase or sale to help other customers.
Below are reasons why you may not find a particular message.
- You deleted the message
- Deleted messages cannot be restored in the message box. However, you may find an email with the message included in your registered email box.
- You are logged in under a different user account.
- Maybe you are still logged in with another user account. You can recognize this on our website by the user name in the top right corner of the screen. To get back to your messages, log out of the current account and log in with the right account.

Each provider handles this differently. To find out whether the vendor also sells the desired product to private individuals, open a product ad. If you see both prices and the "INQUIRE NOW" button, the product is also available for private customers. Under "REQUEST NOW" you can start a non-binding inquiry and a dialogue with the provider.
In order to find out whether it is a reputable provider, SecondSol offers a rating in the form of stars and a written evaluation from buyers. Seller ratings can be found by opening a product ad.
However, the rating only represents the experience of other users. Always be attentive and check the seller yourself to the best of your knowledge and belief before you pay.
