Pick-up:                  €30.00 net (preparation, man hours)

When selling to consumers, the statutory material defects become statute-barred one year from the delivery of the goods. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health as well as for other damages based on grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty remains unaffected.
