Definition of second-hand goods: There are optical defects on the PV modules, these arise unintentionally in fully automated processes. 
Error patterns can be: 
* Broken cell edges 
* Waver color different 
* Wavers can be moved slightly 
* Scratches on the module 
* Junction boxes cannot be completely symmetrical 
* Air pockets 
* etc. 
The PV modules all have the specified technical performance. 

Collection by the customer is expressly desired, shipping possible after consultation and packaging flat rate. 
These modules are packed on pallets. If the order is less than the minimum order quantity, a one-off small-quantity flat rate applies for outer packaging and commission. 

Flat rate for small quantities: 

for pallet shipping: EUR 60, - net (preparation, pallet, packaging material, working time) 

for collection: EUR 30, - net (preparation, working time)

The PV modules are B-goods. The sale to entrepreneurs takes place under exclusion of any liability for material defects. In the case of sales to consumers, statutory claims for material defects become statute-barred one year after the item is handed over. Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health as well as other damage based on grossly negligent or willful breach of duty remains unaffected.
