Packaging Solar Panels for a Grid Box Shipment.

You want to ship one or a few solar panels and are not sure how to package them?
These packaging instructions will show you how to safely pack a solar panel in a grid box, for a secure transport.

Use a grid box with the internal dimensions 1200x800x810 mm.

Line the bottom of the grid box with cardboard and place a piece of cardboard that is at least as big as a solar panel on its short side on the longer side of the box (not the side with the opening).

Place the module in the grid box and place them against the protective cardboard.

Fixate the panel and cardboard with tension belts / tapes so that it cannot slip. The panel must be straight and must not protrude above the box.

Wrap the top of the panel with clear wrap. Attach the cardboard to the panel.

Mark the opening of the box and make sure that no further goods can be stacked!
